Nhu Hoang, PBA, MFA™
Partner

Her journey in public practice began more than 25 years ago. Since then, she received her RPA designation in 2006 (now PBA) and has recently obtained her Master Financial Advisor (MFA - Business Services Specialist), designation in 2019.

Nhu is involved in all the day-to-day operations of our firm and is always assisting our clients and staff. She is our Certified QuickBooks Advisor, for both desktop and online versions and is extremely capable to provide guidance on how to use it.

Nhu is also a Commissioner for Oaths and is happy to assist clients in that capacity.

Param Dhaliwal, CPA, CGA
Partner

Param brings over ten years of accounting experience to Anchor Professional Services. She completed her Masters in Business Administration in Accounting and her Masters of Philosophy in Management abroad. In 2017, Param obtained her CPA, CGA designations. She has experience in audits, reviews, and compilation engagements, as well as Canadian personal and corporate income taxes.

Jessica Bui, CPA

Jessica has over eight years of accounting experience that she brings to Anchor Professional Services. She has completed her Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Calgary. In 2026, Jessica obtained her CPA. She has experience in audits, reviews, and compilation engagements, as well as Canadian personal and corporate income taxes.

Susanne Haney
Office Manager

Susanne brings over 30 years of office managerial experience to Anchor Professional Services. She handles the day-to-day accounting responsibilities and HR duties for the firm. She applies her many years of on-the-job training by providing bookkeeping services for in-house clients.

Dianna Handerson
Office Administrator

Dianna brings over 15 years of administration service experience from various aspects to Anchor Professional Services. She is our main point of contact for our front desk, greeting our clients and visitors in person and over the phone. Dianna also assists with the other day-to-day administrative tasks for the firm.

Mei Chen
Office Administrator

Mei has been working for Anchor Professional Services as an office administrator for over a year. She has an important role in our firm working at the front desk greeting our clients whether in person or over the phone, as well as many day-to-day tasks for the firm. Before joining our team, she worked for Canada Post as a manager at a retail postal outlet for more than 20 years which has given her excellent customer service experience. She enjoys travel and has been to many parts of Asia, as well; she is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.

Felicia Pangilinan
Senior Accountant

Felicia was an auditor in the Philippines before arriving in Canada in 1982. She completed her Bachelor of Science as well her CPA in the Philippines. Felicia brings over 33 years of accounting experience from various aspects to Anchor Professional Services. She handles a very diverse workload of personal, corporate, and trust/estate matters for our clients.

Jason Montgomery
Staff Accountant

Jason has over 15 years of accounting experience that he brings to Anchor Professional Services. Before joining our team, Jason worked at Farm Business Consultants specializing in personal and corporate tax returns for farmers and ranchers. Jason provides our clients with bookkeeping and personal tax services, including assistance with various government farm support program applications such as NISA, CAIS, and AgriStability.            

 

Simon Choi
Staff Accountant

Simon brings a solid educational foundation to the Anchor Professional Services team, having earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). He is currently preparing to begin his CPA designation journey. In his role, he is involved in preparing corporate year-end files and compilation engagements. Additionally, he provides dedicated support to our client through full cycle bookkeeping, GST fillings, and the preparation of personal and corporate tax returns.  He is fluent in the Korean language.

Anneicia Adams
Staff Accountant

Anneicia earned her B.A in accounting and business administration in 2023. She supports Anchor in providing accounting services to our clients, including assisting the team with various financial tasks and contributes to Anchor’s commitment to delivering professional services.

Anneicia actively volunteer her time supporting various local initiatives and community events. Whether it’s helping her local community centre or providing bagged lunches to those in need, Giving back is something that she is passionate about, she is also committed to supporting the Caribbean community and helped contribute to hurricane relief efforts in Jamaica. Including participating in a relief trip to provide aid as well as coordinating a fundraiser to help raise awareness and resources for those affected.
